Shipping

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or major holidays. Peak Season: During high-volume periods or major promotions, processing may take up to 5 business days. We will contact you directly via email if a significant delay is expected. Note: Delivery estimates begin after the order has shipped, not when the order is placed.

We don’t ship internationally or to P.O Boxes. The arrival date depends on the method of shipping that you’ve selected and is up to the carrier.

We do not currently ship on national holidays or weekends. Need something in a hurry? Please contact us at info@hvmarshmallow.com.

Return Policy

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, email us at info@hvmarshmallow.com

Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged, please take photos of the packaging and items immediately and contact us within 48 hours at info@hvmarshmallow.com.

Lost Packages: If your tracking information shows "Delivered" but you have not received your package, please check with neighbors or your local carrier branch.

Allergen Statement

All products are processed in a facility that also processes wheat, milk, soy, peanuts, almonds, tree nuts and dairy. Please be advised that cross contamination may occur. We use cattle derived gelatin.

Why are there differences in color, shapes, and sizes?

Our marshmallows display some natural variance in shape, size, and color due to them being lovingly handmade and using all natural ingredients and flavorings.

How long will the marshmallows last?

To maintain freshness, your marshmallows should be stored in a cool, dark place and can be refrigerated to maximize shelf life. Just remove from fridge and allow to come to room temperature and they’re as good as new. If kept in original packaging, the shelf life is 10 months. After opening (and you don’t happen to eat them all right away!) keep product in an air tight container for maximum freshness. The marshmallows will harden with time and exposure to air. As this being a perishable item, we will not accept returns or exchanges.
